Output that produced from processor can diversified to be four forms, that is article (font, number, special simbol), image (in the form of graph or picture), voice, and form other that legible by engine (machine-readable form). three first groups output that can be used direct by human, while latest group usually is used as input for process furthermore from computer.
device output can be in the form of:
Output first form in character permanent and more portable (can be removed from tool output and can be brought to which). tool used occasionally to this printer, plotter, and tool microfilm. while output second form can be in the form of video menyplay, panel apartment, and speaker. and tool output third form that uses media magnetic menyk menyk drive, and use media magnetic tape tape drive.
device output can be in the form of:
- Hard-copy device, that is tool that used to print article and image in hard media likes paper or film.
- Soft-copy device, that is tool that used to display article and image in soft media shaped electronic signal.
- Drive device or driver, that is tool that used to transcribe simbol in the form of only legible by engine in media like magnetic menyk or magnetic tape. this tool double-duty, as a means of output and also as a means of input.
